Today I got to meet this amazing family when we meet up at the Dallas Arboretum for an afternoon session. The weather was fantastic and the setting wasn't too shabby either:)  I must say that I am pretty partial to 3 year old girls and I love when I get the chance to take pictures of them.  This little blue-eyed beauty was a joy!  And did I mention that I think her mom may be the long-lost sister of Courtney Cox???  Beautiful family and I am so glad I got the opportunity to meet them!

I have gotten incredibly behind on my blogging!  I guess it's just that time of year when "picture season" picks up a bit.  I wanted to post a few pictures of this cutie who I had the pleasure of meeting a few weeks ago.  His mama and I have known each other for a few years and I had the opportunity to take her maternity pictures last month as well.  Baby Reece wasn't quite interested in napping during his shoot but that didn't keep us from getting some cute shots:)

The 2012 Bluebonnet Mini Sessions are officially in the books!  They bloomed so early this year that we were able to just get the sessions in before they all completely disappeared.  I would have LOVED to had my sessions during the peek bloom, but it's really just a guessing game from year to year.  Instead of posting individual sneak peeks on facebook, I decided to make a little collection of some of my favorite shots from the weekend!  Several more options for mini sessions in the coming months are currently in the works.  If you missed out on the Bluebonnet Mini's stay tuned for your next chance!

Dallas Bluebonnet Mini Sessions | Frisco Child Photographer

I met with a few sweet families this past Wednesday to take my second round of Bluebonnet pictures of the season.  Such sweet little ones!  I love meeting new families and I just love how these two friends decided to team up and have group pictures taken of their kids.  I've never even thought about doing that with my own kiddos!  When I think about it, those would be pictures that I would LOVE looking back on when I'm older!  Hmmm.....that has me thinking about a possible idea for mini sessions this summer:)  Stay tuned!
